Returns Policy
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
International Customers (Outside EU)
You may return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties or taxes paid on import are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping — for both EU and international customers.
